"should/Must" stop here have a try

My boss brought US here to re-call back his memory about this coffee house.
According to him, last time, this coffee house was owned by Chinese Taukeh de.

Now here should be Malay Taukeh liao, coz all also Malay Staff.
So, i consider it was HALAL coffee house,
Even Johor Minister came here have one cup of coffee too.
